When room-design features are used, we may process room photographs, floor plans, prompts, style choices, saved versions, and related project information.

How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, create and support accounts, provide room-design functions, generate and save requested outputs, maintain security, diagnose technical issues, improve product performance, and meet legal obligations. We do not use a submitted room image to infer sensitive personal characteristics.

Room images and responsible uploads

Only upload images you are authorised to use. Avoid photographs containing people, private documents, screens, security details, or other information that is not needed for room design. Generated outputs may retain visual features from the submitted space.

Email and service providers

Signup and contact submissions are delivered using a transactional email provider. Hosting, storage, analytics, security, and AI processing providers may process limited information for us under appropriate service arrangements. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, account support, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
