These terms govern access to the BioNxtK website and room-design services provided by BioNxtK Private Limited. By requesting or using an account, you agree to them.

Account access

Provide accurate signup information and keep issued credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account and should notify us if access may have been compromised. Account access may be limited, suspended, or ended where necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

Permitted use

You may use BioNxtK for lawful room visualisation and design planning. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use, attempt to access another account, disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, extract models or source systems, or use outputs to mislead others about completed work.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in submitted room images, plans, prompts, and project information. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and display that content to provide and support the requested service. You are responsible for removing unnecessary personal or confidential information before upload.

Generated room directions

AI-generated visuals are design concepts, not measured surveys, construction drawings, engineering advice, product guarantees, or professional approvals. Scale, colour, materials, lighting, furniture, and architectural details may be inaccurate or illustrative. Verify dimensions, availability, safety, codes, services, and buildability before acting.

Professional use

Designers and architects remain responsible for professional judgement, client communication, specifications, authorship obligations, and compliance. BioNxtK output should be reviewed and adapted before presentation or implementation.

Access levels and payment

Available functions depend on your access level. Paid access, where offered, will be described before purchase or account activation. Taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund conditions shown at purchase form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

BioNxtK software, branding, interfaces, and service materials are owned by or licensed to us. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or permit use of BioNxtK branding without written approval.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every generated direction will meet a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
